You need the 3DEN app to check in and check out. We don’t do cash, so all payments are processedthrough the app. Easy peasy.

Make sure your payment setup is complete in the 3DEN app, whenregistering. An initial authorization hold is placed on your card per visit but will be released after you havechecked out. 3DEN also offers unlimited access monthly membership.

All amenities - naps, showers, massages, meditation, Jedi warrior training or anything else we dream up -must be reserved via the 3DEN app. All amenities must be reserved prior to use in the 3DEN app. Our appis really easy to use and kinda awesome, so don’t have any reservations about making a reservation.

You’ll be charged $6 for each guest per 30 minutes you use the space. And please don’t ghost yourguests. If you bring a guest, you must check them in when you arrive and check them out when you leave.

3DEN invites you to bring the kids on the weekends, during the week many guests are working and yourkids will probably find that boring anyway. Children must be accompanied by an adult and any child thatis not in a stroller or ‘hand held’ will be charged as your guest in the space.

All pets are welcome in 3DEN (within reason) but please keep them on a leash at all times. It’s tempting,but pets are not allowed on the furniture. We all want nice things.

There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside 3DEN at any time. Please and thank you.

You don’t want to listen to other people’s audio and chances are… they don’t want to hear your statusmeeting... Fair is fair. Please use a phone booth for conference calls, Google Hangouts, Skype video chats,Fortnite battles, FaceTime-ing with mom, etc.

Please toss any trash in the designated recycling and waste bins provided. We all learned this as kids andshould be reasonably easy.

By all means, get comfy. But please keep others in mind as you enjoy 3DEN, we love things like shoes,pants on legs and feet off of furniture. As a general rule, we expect everyone to behave in 3DEN as theywould at a new friend’s house.

Keep your stuff with you. In general, please keep all personal items in your personal space and be mindfulof the space that you and your guests are taking up (your coat doesn’t need its own chair).

Listen, we want to live here too. But 3DEN cannot receive your mail - from legal documents to love letters.3DEN welcomes all activities, including work, but we are not a co-working space. We cannot stand in as alegal office address nor can we receive any mail or packages on your behalf.

3DEN is always looking to improve how we do things. We’re great, but we’re not perfect. Our hosts arealways here to listen to your feedback and help problem solve an issue you have with our app, in thespace, or how to navigate the space-time continuum. Don’t be shy, we’re here to help.
