Need a quiet place to work or study? We have the perfect solution. Redefine work from home at our comfortable work lounge, Gramercy Study. Gramercy Study will be available to residents 24 hours a day – helping to avoid overcrowding while offering greater flexibility.

Use the app to reserve time at Parker Study or the private Oxford Room, two exclusive spots for Parker Tower Residents. Simply arrive at your reserved time and scan in at the iPad by the front door using the 3DEN app. Easy peasy.
Health and safety are a top priority for us too. We've employed a rigorous cleaning and sanitization process throughout the day in each space and all guests must confirm a health waiver for every visit.
Parker Study is for quiet working with ample desks and natural light overlooking the grounds. PCV Study's work lounge is a great spot to work, meet a client or just escape the house for a bit.
3DEN operates lounges and partners with other folks in hospitality, you know, like awesome hotels,
so members have options based on what they need.
In 2021 we’re looking to expand to more than 50 US locations, large and small, with varying amenities so people in need of a place to go, have a place to go.
With a wealth of data collection sources, 3DEN provides thousands of valuable data points to to build insight and manage space in real time, including: heat maps, real time occupancy data, visitor history and more.
